We are getting very close to the Lake Anna Home Tour 2026, and I wanted to share a helpful overview of what to expect so the day runs smoothly for everyone involved.

Arrival & Timing

  • Participant registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Home Point Lake Anna.
  • Vendors may begin arriving at homes as early as 8:00 a.m. to set up.
  • All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 a.m.
    This is important, as guests may arrive earlier than expected (because… Lake Anna).
  • Homes officially open to the public at 10:00 a.m., but please be prepared for early arrivals.

During the Tour

  • The Home Tour runs 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Guests will be visiting homes throughout the entire day.
  • Booties will be provided at each home for guests to wear over their shoes.
  • Water bottles will be stocked at each home for guests and participants.

Host Responsibilities

The home host will serve as the point person for the day and will:

  • Welcome and greet guests as they arrive
  • Help vendors with anything they may need throughout the day
  • Ensure the home flows well for guest traffic

Vendor Expectations

  • Vendors are asked to remain set up until 4:00 p.m.
  • If foot traffic slows toward the very end of the day, light tear-down is fine, but please remain on the premises until 4:00 p.m.
  • Guests will continue to come through all day, so be prepared for a long — but very rewarding — experience.
  • CLEAN UP after yourselves. Please leave the home in BETTER condition than when you arrived.

End-of-Day Celebration

At the conclusion of the tour, all hosts and vendors are invited to join us for a celebratory gathering at the Waterview house, hosted by Patty Brown of Lake Anna Luxe.

There will be:

  • Food & drinks
  • Networking
  • Relaxing and celebrating a fantastic day together

Please bring your team and come unwind with us after a great event.

For the integrity of the Home Tour:

  • Please do not disclose home locations in advance
  • Home addresses will only be released the day of the event to ticket holders
